and USPS in S Lake Tahoe, CA. Though we do NOT take USPS drop-offs. For all others businesses with their own accounts can drop off their already-packed and labeled shipments at our location to be picked up by daily by the carrier.
You can drop your ready-for-shipping letter or package at our location—at no additional charge. Note: any additional packaging, taping or labeling that may be needed to properly protect your shipment may require additional fees.

Yes, Amazon too. Just be sure to choose a return option that provides a regular return label. We cannot accept QR codes.
- Use the option that reads "UPS dropoff box and label needed," or it might read "UPS Drop-off Points" -that’s sometimes tucked away- to get a normal return shipping.
- Don’t have a printer? You can “forward return label to a friend to print.” Email the label to ship@mtnpostal.com and we can print it for a small fee when you arrive to drop off.
- Already have the QR code? You can cancel the return and request a UPS label by following the instructions above.
If needed, contact Amazon at 1-888-280-4331 to have them email you a return label.
