How to Get Started
You have two simple options:
At minimum, we’ll need the guest’s full name, email, phone number, a brief description of the item(s), and the name of your hotel or business.
Pick-Ups & Drop-Offs
- Items may be dropped off at the store, or
- We can pick them up on the South Shore (a $5 pick-up fee is charged to the guest)
Our Process
- We call the guest to confirm payment details, the shipping address and to explain this process.
- We pickup the item(s) if you havent already dropped them off.
- We quote the shipment and email the guest shipping options. We ship via all major carriers.
- We ship the items once we have heard back from the guest.
