How to Get Started

You have two simple options:

At minimum, we’ll need the guest’s full name, email, phone number, a brief description of the item(s), and the name of your hotel or business.

Pick-Ups & Drop-Offs

  • Items may be dropped off at the store, or
  • We can pick them up on the South Shore (a $5 pick-up fee is charged to the guest)

Our Process

  1. We call the guest to confirm payment details, the shipping address and to explain this process.
  2. We pickup the item(s) if you havent already dropped them off.
  3. We quote the shipment and email the guest shipping options. We ship via all major carriers.
  4. We ship the items once we have heard back from the guest.
