Pick-up Service on the South Shore

Help Guests or Customers Ship Their Forgotten Items.

Instructions

  1. Please complete a return form with at minimum the guests full name, email, phone, the item(s) to be returned, and the name of your hotel/etc., OR have your guest complete our online form.
  2. For a pick-up please FAX us instead of calling, or drop off the item(s) at the store. Note we charge $5 to the guest for items we pick-up.

Our Process

  1. We call the guest to confirm payment details, the shipping address and to explain this process.
  2. We pickup the item(s) if you havent already dropped them off.
  3. We quote the shipment and email the guest shipping options. We ship via all major carriers.
  4. We ship the items once we have heard back from the guest.
    If we don't hear back after 3 days we will ship the item(s) the most cost-efficient method.
